I was hoping for a traditional Italian breakfast experience but instead found myself at a nearby restaurant where the staff seemed annoyed when we used our vouchers. Additionally, I faced some trouble accessing my room late at night due to key code issues, which made the experience quite stressful.

The location couldn't be better, right near shopping and major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. My room had a charming decor and a fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after long days exploring the city. The cleanliness made a noticeable difference, and I appreciated that fresh towels were provided daily. However, the hotel could be tricky to locate at first, as the entrance was discreet and the way in felt a bit confusing, almost like entering a different world. I also had issues with the room's power, experiencing intermittent outages during a downpour. It left me concerned about the reliability of the facilities. Overall, the warmth and helpfulness from the staff stood out, making my stay enjoyable despite the hiccups.
